Community feedback and subsequent discussions with City Staff and Council will be used to finalize the IMSP and Development Regulations before being shared with Council for adoption.

Existing Integrated Municipal Sustainability Plan and Development Regulations
Corner Brook: Planning Together will begin with community and stakeholder consultation to understand your ideas for the future of planning in the City. That input, combined with a review of the current planning documents for what currently works and what doesn’t, will build the foundation from which we can create relevant and supportive land use policy and regulations for the future.
